The objectives of Research and Training

To ensure the continuous growth and advancement of the university's research endeavors, it is crucial to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the core research areas that align with the university's interests and expertise. As the university expands, it is important to also incorporate new areas of research that reflect its evolving nature.

Regular and periodic meetings should be conducted with aspiring faculty members and researchers across all academic disciplines. These interactions will provide valuable support and guidance to assist them in developing their own research programs.

In order to effectively allocate university funds for research, a reviewing committee should be supervised. This committee will be responsible for annually or semiannually reviewing research proposals submitted for funding. The primary focus of this task will be to identify projects that have the potential to enhance knowledge and make significant contributions in their respective areas of interest.

Furthermore, it is essential to establish and maintain strong associations with reputable national academic organizations. Active participation in seminars, workshops, and conferences sponsored by these organizations will contribute to the visibility and recognition of North Western University. Appropriate faculty members should be nominated to participate in these events, further enhancing the university's presence in the academic community.
